Terms and Conditions for Eastern Barge Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Eastern Barge Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Eastern Barge Services provides marine transportation services in Eastern Ontario. Our services include, but are not limited to, the transport of materials, equipment, and personnel across waterways. Specific services and details are outlined on our Services page.

3. Liability

Eastern Barge Services will exercise reasonable care in the performance of its services. However, Eastern Barge Services is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from:

• Acts of God, such as storms, floods, or other natural disasters.
• Negligence or misconduct of third parties.
• Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
• Damage to goods or equipment during transit unless caused by our negligence.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the transport. Specific payment terms are outlined in the contract or quote provided to the client.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

6. Changes to Terms
